Section 1. Non-Custodial Software Gateway

KWATECH is a decentralized, non-custodial software gateway providing access to independent cross-chain bridging and routing networks. KWATECH does not take custody of user assets, does not operate as an exchange matching engine or broker-dealer, and does not provide fiduciary, trading, or financial advisory services.

Section 2. Order Routing, Slippage Tolerance, and Rate Adjustments

2.1. Intent-Based Routing and Request-for-Quote (RFQ) Model

When you initiate an exchange on the Platform, KWATECH queries independent, third-party liquidity solvers, cross-chain protocols, and automated market makers (collectively, "Liquidity Providers") to generate an intent-based Request-for-Quote ("RFQ").

2.2. Slippage Bounds and Negative Price Deviation

Due to the decentralized nature of public blockchains, market prices may fluctuate between the moment an order is quoted and the moment a transaction achieves finality on the destination blockchain.

2.3. Allocation of Favorable Market Movements (Positive Slippage)

When you submit a deposit to execute an RFQ swap, Liquidity Providers pre-position and risk their own capital on the destination network to guarantee the output amount agreed upon at quote generation.

2.4. Voluntary Pre-Deposit Dynamic Re-Quote Mechanics

Prior to the broadcast and on-chain detection of your deposit (quoted status), the Platform may periodically scan live routing matrix rates to identify significant favorable market movements.

Condition Precedent and Prior Deposit Disclaimer: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TRANSMITTED, BROADCAST, OR INITIATED A TRANSACTION TO THE PRIOR DEPOSIT ADDRESS DISPLAYED ON YOUR SCREEN, THE RE-QUOTE IS VOID, INOPERATIVE, AND UNEXECUTABLE. Any deposit received at a previously designated deposit address will automatically execute and settle strictly in accordance with the original, prior quote parameters. KWATECH bears zero liability for discrepancies arising from user failure to transmit funds to the newly generated deposit address following a re-quote confirmation.

2.5. Deposit Latency, Mempool Congestion, and Operational Risk
